(IFD has been operating in the Phase I of the IFD Critical Staffing Plan due to the numbers of Firefighters that have been off, due to the Pandemic.) \u00a0So what does this mean?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"a\"><li>Returning to 12 hours OT shift for both Regular &amp; Emergency OT slots when staffing drops below 290 firefighters per shift.<\/li><li>Firefighters\u00a0will not\u00a0be allowed to work OT on Kelly Days.<\/li><li>Please remove on Telestaff, any OT that you have put in on your Kelly Day.<\/li><li>If notified of OT on your Kelly Day, please report it to the Shift Commander immediately.<\/li><li>Unassigned firefighters will be rotating to different battalions on 02\/01\/2021.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respectfully Submitted,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jerry D.
