This needs to be done <strong>before<\/strong> the 60-day window when the CAD data is removed from ESO. If a run is past the 60 days, then the incident number needs to be manually entered into the run police exceptions table to clear it from the system by submitting an IT ticket.&nbsp;<br><br>To sync a <strong>EHR report, <\/strong>owners of the report can just hit the <strong>CAD Import button, even after the report is locked. Just open the EHR report and hit the&nbsp;CAD Import button.<\/strong><br><br>To sync a <strong>Fire report<\/strong>, the report needs to be unlocked, and then locked again to sync it.
