This must be done by completing the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Intent to Participate Form<\/span> at IFD Headquarters (955 Fort Wayne Avenue, 46202). Please see Human Resources. The promotion sign-up period will be <strong>April 27 &#8211; May 21, 2026<\/strong>. The sign-up process will be open from <strong>0830 to 1600 hours, Monday through Friday<\/strong>, except on a holiday. Failure to complete the Intent to Participate Form during the sign-up period will exclude a firefighter from participating in the 2026 Promotion Process.
