{"id":774,"date":"2020-10-03T00:51:54","date_gmt":"2020-10-03T04:51:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ifdresourc.es\/v5\/?p=774"},"modified":"2020-10-03T00:51:54","modified_gmt":"2020-10-03T04:51:54","slug":"pfe-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ifdresourc.es\/v5\/2020\/10\/03\/pfe-update\/","title":{"rendered":"PFE &#8211; UPDATE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beginning\u00a0<strong>Monday<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>October 5<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong>, Public Safety Medical will begin using a more accurate method (SECA) to obtain body composition during your PFE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the most accurate results PSM asks that you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Do not eat 4 hours before your PFE.<\/li><li>Do not consume caffeinated products 4 hours before your PFE.<\/li><li>Refrain from working out or sitting in a sauna the day of your PFE.
