Mask Fit testing Attendance Procedures to Limit the Spread of Covid-19 during Fit testing.
- All detailed apparatus and individuals will come to Station 9 for Mask Fit testing, starting 10-12-2020. From 86th street, drive along the westside of the building, around the back, and to the eastside of the building.
- All apparatus will park single file, along the chain link fence, facing the south. The first arriving companies should park at the south end of the fence, so as many apparatuses as possible can line up single file.
- All individuals who drive their personal vehicles will follow the same path around Station 9 mentioned above, and park in the parking spaces on the eastside of the building.
- All firefighters will stay in their apparatus or vehicles, until someone from Air Management comes to get you for Mask Fit testing.
- All firefighters will be instructed on the procedure for covid-19 precautions during Mask Fit testing before entering the building.
- All firefighters must be clean shaven during Fit testing.
- All firefighters must wear a mask while inside the building.
