The Annual Business Plan serves as a roadmap to ensure work on the Master Plan continues and that the department’s performance goals are being reached. Every quarter, each bureau reports on the work it committed to doing in the previous month, the success or struggles of those efforts, and what they plan to do over the next 90 days.  In addition, each program also shares its day-to-day performance in the form of “key performance indicators (KPI).” KPIs are the data points and benchmarks chosen by each program lead to best represent the health of their program.
