“Turnout time” refers to the time from when the incident is dispatched to when a unit marks responding. Click on a month to see turnout times broken down by EMS/Fire, apparatus, and shift. The NFPA standards for turnout times are 60 seconds for EMS incidents and 80 seconds for fire incidents. Depending on the month, turnout times may be broken down by 0600-2200/2200-0600 or simply 0800-0800.
