Participating in the blood draws at any of the battalion locations is preferred. In the event you cannot make it to a battalion blood draw, you can complete your blood draw at Public Safety Medical, 6612 E 75th St, 2nd Floor, Indianapolis, 46250. Appointments can be made online at https://psmlabservicescheduling.as.me/.
BLOOD DRAWS REQUIRE A 12-HOUR FAST. You SHOULD drink plenty of water and continue medications.
Public Safety Medical requires a blood draw 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. If it has been six (6) months or greater since your last Personal Fitness Evaluation (PFE), please get your blood draws now.
