Daily Battalion Shift staffing forms for their assigned stations that allows multiple members to log on live each day, at the same time and fill out their information for the Shift Commander to look at. This information stays in the workbook until the next shift when the Chief or Executive Officer updates it and puts a new date at the top.
The Shift Commander can print the completed workbook of sheets to a PDF file and save it to his/her computer and/or print a paper copy.
There is no database in the background keeping this information from one shift day to the next, the Shift Commander will need to save or print the workbook to keep the information for that day.
